Infectious Diseases

The local health department has the responsibility of investigating infectious diseases that are identified in Taney County. The Taney County Health Department conducts investigations of conditions reported by health care providers and laboratories, according to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Communicable Disease Investigation Reference Manual.
